Some questions are better answered with a link than with a paragraph read aloud. Links are the pages the agent is allowed to send: your new-patient forms, a policy document, directions, a payment page.
Settings → Links. Requires the Send Links capability on the assistant.
How it works on a call
A caller asks for something you have a page for. The agent offers to send it, confirms the mobile number or email it has on file, and sends it. The send is logged in Settings → Notification Log like any other patient message.
The agent will only send links from this list. It cannot be talked into sending an arbitrary URL.
What to add
Naming them
Name a link the way a caller would ask for it, not the way your website names the page. New patient forms gets found; Registration Packet v3 does not.
If a link goes to a page that itself needs a login, say so in the name: Patient portal (sign-in required). Otherwise the agent sends it, the patient hits a wall, and calls back.
- Patient forms: if you want the patient to fill in something, send a form request rather than a link to a PDF.
- Notifications: the templates behind scheduled patient messages.
