Overview → Reports. Available when the REPORTS feature is enabled. Reports are documents, not dashboards: pick a report, pick a date range, read it, print it. Each one answers a specific question.

The catalog

Daily Calls

Call activity, outcomes and follow-ups for a day or date range. Defaults to today.

Call Trends

Volume, handling rate and messages day by day. Defaults to the last 7 days.

Appointments

Appointment requests, messages, cancellations, confirmations and bookings. Defaults to the last 7 days.

Appt Notifications

Notices and reminders sent in the period, and which appointments are still unconfirmed.

Referrals

Referral volume, funnel progression, patient mix and top sources. Defaults to the last 30 days. Requires the Referrals feature.

Which one to open

Reading them well

The most directly actionable list in the product. These are tomorrow’s no-shows, by name, while there is still time to call them.
Worth a monthly look. It tells you which referring relationships produce patients rather than paper.
Reports respect the same access rules as the rest of the app, so a front desk user and an admin see the same practice-level numbers. Nothing here is admin-only.
