Patients → Intakes. Available when the INTAKE feature is enabled. Every registration the voice agent takes lands here: the details it collected, the appointment it booked, and whether the chart has been created and linked.

Why you review them

The agent hears names over a phone line. Most of what it captures is right; some of it is not, and the cost of a wrong date of birth is a duplicate chart that quietly breaks patient lookup for the next year.
1

Open the intake

You see what the agent collected and what the caller said, alongside the appointment it booked.
2

Check the spelling and the date of birth

These two fields cause nearly all downstream problems.
3

Check for an existing chart

A returning patient calling from a new number is registered as new. Search before you create.
4

Confirm the appointment type

New patients usually need a longer slot. If the reason mapped to the wrong type, fix it now rather than at the front desk on the day.
Review intakes daily for the first month. After that, most practices settle into reviewing them alongside the next day’s Huddle.

Configuring what is asked

The fields the agent collects are set under Settings → New Patient Intake. See New patient intake, in particular the case for asking less on the phone and sending a form for the rest.
