VoxHealth talks to your PMS through a dedicated integration per system. What the agent can do depends on what that system exposes.

Practice management systems

System	Notes
Open Dental	Direct API integration. The most complete of the dental connections.
Sikka	A data platform that fronts several dental systems, including Dentrix and Eaglesoft. Reach a system through Sikka when there is no direct integration for it.
EZDerm	Dermatology.
ModMed	Multi-specialty.
athenahealth	Ambulatory.
FHIR-compatible systems	Any system exposing a standards-compliant FHIR R4 API. Capability depends on what that server implements.

A capability your PMS does not support is not faked. The agent takes a message instead, so a caller gets a real outcome rather than a promise that never reaches your schedule.

If your practice runs something not on this list, ask. A system with a documented API, particularly a FHIR-compatible one, is often reachable. Email support@voxhealth.ai with the system name and version.
