What is here

  • Practice name: what the agent says and what appears on patient messages
  • Logo: used on the hosted booking page and patient-facing surfaces
  • Contact information: the address and number patients are given
  • Practice type: your clinical specialty

Practice type

One of: Dental, Dermatology, Primary Care, Ophthalmology, Pharmacy, or Other. Dental is the default.
This is not a label. It decides how insurance eligibility is checked: a dental practice’s verifications ask payers about dental benefits, and every other type asks about general health benefit coverage. Set wrong, verifications come back thin or empty and it looks like a payer problem.

Practice name

The agent says this name out loud. Write it the way it should be heard, not the way it appears on your letterhead. Legal suffixes and ampersands read badly in speech.
