Adding someone
1
Invite them by email
They get a link to set their own password. Do not create shared logins. The audit log is only useful if each action belongs to a person.
2
Give them a role
The role decides what they can see. See Roles and permissions for the full matrix. The short version is that
admin can change settings and front_desk cannot.3
Check what they see on first login
Sit with them for the first five minutes. A role that is too narrow shows up immediately as a page they need and cannot open.
Choosing a role
When someone leaves
Remove their access the day they leave. Their history in the audit log and on call records stays. Removing access does not erase what they did.Related
